Fourth Pillar seeks to embody a marquee summit on Indian journalism. Journalism's role, we recognize and believe, is to serve as the fourth pillar of a democracy. That India is the world's largest democracy raises the stakes of a robust fourth pillar only more so.
Fourth Pillar will take place on 14 December at the India International Centre (40, Max Mueller Marg, Lodhi Gardens, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi 110003); from 15-18 December at the University of Chicago Center in Delhi (Ground Floor, DLF Capitol Point Building, Baba Kharak Singh Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001); and on 19 December at the Mohini Hiro Punwani Auditorium, Kishinchand Chellaram College, Colaba Campus, 5th Floor, KCCMS Building, Behind Regal Theater, Mahakavi Bhushan Marg, Colaba, Mumbai - 400 039.
Entry to the event is on a first-come, first served basis.
A grant from the University of Chicago Center in Delhi has been pivotal towards making Fourth Pillar: India Journalism Week possible. For more information on the Center, please visit https://www.uchicago.in/.
